JLab Sound 2.1

The new JLab Sound app offers a range of features that allow you to customize and enhance your audio experience. With this app, you have complete control over the Noise Control settings, Be Aware audio, touch controls, and sound adjustments to suit your personal preferences. Alternatively, you can choose from the preset options for JLab Signature, Balance, or Bass Boost. Additionally, the app provides software updates for your JLab products as soon as they become available.

The JLab Sound app is compatible with several JLab products, including JBuds Air Pro, JBuds Air Sport (3rd Gen), JBuds Air ANC (2nd Gen), Epic Air ANC, and Epic Air Sport ANC.

One of the standout features of the app is the ability to adjust the active noise cancellation levels. By utilizing the app, you can optimize active noise cancellation on your compatible earbuds, ranging from off to maximum ANC. This feature is not available when adjusting the settings directly on the earbuds themselves, where you are limited to turning ANC on or off.

Furthermore, the Be Aware audio feature allows you to control how much outside noise you want to let in. By adjusting your Be Aware settings within the app (available for Be Aware compatible earbuds only), you can increase or decrease the volume of external sounds.

The EQ customization feature enables you to fine-tune your sound by adjusting the equalizer settings. JLab products come with three default settings - JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost - which can be further enhanced with a 'Custom' option. Using the JLab Sound app, you can test and set your own equalizer settings by adjusting specific frequency levels for Bass (200Hz, 280Hz, 400Hz), Mid-Range (550Hz, 770Hz, 1000Hz, 2000Hz), and Treble (4000Hz, 8000Hz, 16000Hz). Each preset option can be adjusted, including the 'Custom' option that begins with a flat setting.

The app allows you to customize the controls on your JLab products. Each earbud comes with controls for volume adjustments, track changes, play/pause, and more. If you wish to change these settings, you can further personalize your controls through the app.
